Movenpick Residences 3-Bedroom Pool Villa Beach Access, Na Jomtien Pattaya

First of all this is NOT a Movenpick villa, it is FALSELY advertised. It is a private villa 200m away from Movenpick hotel, has nothing to do with the reputable chain. Also IT IS ADVERTISED to have a private beach while it it 300m away and 7 properties from a beach thwt belongs to the hotel, not under any contract with the villa! I feel SCAMMED. In the pictures the bedroom looks nice... in reality, only one bedroom is large, the other two are 6-7 square meters each... Smelling rotten badly both in the room and closet. Bathrooms are not bad but missing amenities and towels again smell bad:(

Clean and comfortable, the housekeeping management is very good and clean every day！ Very close to the seaside, movwnpick's private beach has few people and clean water. It is very convenient to cook your own food and go to the hotel to eat. It's a quiet place to live, and it suits us well if we don't like the hustle and bustle of urban areas.

Good size and layout

Needs renovation. Stains on rugs, furniture and mould around kitchen sink. Door lock difficult to use. Electric light fitting had exposed cable. Towel rail in main bathroom damaged. When asked a suitable time for room cleaning we advised between 1000 and 1100, this was accepted. When we returned to the villa at 1600 cleaning had not been done. I had to call and request cleaning.

Great place! Gorgeous villa — super clean and well managed. Staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. Full kitchen, big living room, three bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one ensuite), a toilet room and of course the pool space.

the design of the Villa was modern and stylish. the staff was extremely helpful and responsive. the pool was perfect. the signature floating breakfast is a must-try.

location was a bit remote. minor wear and tear can be found.
