Villas Etnia

The villa was well furnished and equipped. The villa, pool and terrace were very clean. The beds were comfortable and the area quiet, so we got a good night's sleep. It was just a short walk to a few shops and restaurants and a short drive to the airport and capital, Mahon. Note that the tap and shower water is salty, so you'll need to buy bottles of water for drinking.

The villa we stayed in could sleep 6, but the living space would be a bit small for 6 people. We'd recommend booking one of the premium villas if there are more than 4 of you.

El que més m'ha agradat és l'espai i sobretot, l'amabilitat del personal. Un lloc increible, la vila molt ben equipada. Canvi de tovalloles cada 2 dies. En conclusió, molt bé!

Els coixins són una mica incòmodes. Igual podrien buscar uns sistema per potabilitzar l'aigua. Aigua no potable i molt salada.

Superbe villa décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée. Agencement très optimisé pour une famille . Vue mer et piscine depuis la terrasse et le salon incroyable !

El alojamiento increíble, es exactamente igual que en las fotos, no decepciona. Teresa, la chica de recepción, es un 10 como profesional. Todos los comentarios que leía sobre ella eran buenos pero aún así en persona sorprende lo maja que es. Hace que cada detalle del alojamiento sea perfecto. Estamos muy muy agradecidos a ella y a Villas Etnia por tener una villas tan completas y bonitas. Lo tienen todo! Es un lujo.

Closer recycling for general rubbish.

We were a party that included two toddlers so it was very reassuring to be met when we arrived by the wonderful Teresa, who was so warm and welcoming, provided local information and was always there with a smile to answer any questions. The villa was beautifully appointed, with some lovely contemporary wooden furniture and excellent lighting both inside and around the spacious and well planted outdoor area. The pool had a generous shallow end in which it was perfect for the children to splash around. We self catered and used the fairly large supermarket a 10 min walk away that would deliver if you spent in excess of €80, however there was a very convenient small honesty shop at the Villa Etnia reception were you could buy many basic items; water, milk, pasta, wine, coffee and ice, at any time of the day or night. The grounds are beautifully maintained with colourful planting and very safe for little ones to negotiate. There was a beautiful child friendly sandy beach with warm shallow waters less than 10 mins walk away, however the path is uneven and stony and definitely not suitable for a buggy. Restaurant options within easy walking distance are limited however we lunched twice at the excellent Nautico Binisafua which has wonderful sea views and is 5 mins walk away. We also had a reasonable Thai supper from the local takeaway which was a 10 mins walk and people raved about restaurant Bambu for supper but we never quite made it.
