would have liked a welcome pack with basic products i.e. tea/coffee etc Limited shop on site and although bakery products could be ordered for breakfast and on site basic cafe would be an advantage

-Villa very well maintained and equipped with everything you need. All spotlessly clean. -Excellent communication before and during. Easy check-in process. Teresa was brilliant. Always on hand to assist. -Peaceful location, walking distance to sea and a couple of restaurants. -Efficient air con -Lovely pool, perfect temperature -Private parking space next to villa (albeit a bit tight for a large car!) -On site shop for convenience. Access 24hrs/day -Fresh towels every couple of days and clean pool towels available at reception to exchange

-The water was from a well, therefore not suitable for drinking, even when boiled. -Mosquitoes! -Housekeeping and pool attendants turning up unannounced during the day. (Although they were very polite and unobtrusive whilst there) For privacy, maybe a time slot to advise when they were coming?
