洗澡的熱水只有一點點，除此以外都很滿意。

Its under maintenance and missing a lot, damp room

Very helpful staff who are eager to assist with any sightseeing or scooter rentals. We went on a great snorkeling tour out on the small islands. We rented the small cheaper villa which was very cute and cozy. It started raining and rain leaked through the roof but we were immediately moved to one of the big villas. Food was quite okay

Somewhat worn down rooms but for the area it’s alright. Running water was on/off. When it was working it was brown half the time. Electricity also on/off. Expensive for what you get. We didn’t pay full price because we originally booked the small villa but if we had we would’ve felt a bit ripped off.

Good quality air conditioner and delicious free breakfast. Also organised a driver for us to get to ferry port.

The bathroom door did not open and rooms were quite dirty with some bugs.

The staff was so nice and helpful, extremely caring. The food was great, we had dinner there every night as we loved it so much. The garden is lovely with a lot of space for the children to play. Located very close to the beach and walking distance to the main road where we could find a nice local supermarket, shops and a warung we used for taking food for the following day trip to the local gilis. The staff organised for us the trip to the gilis, amazing; the captain was great and the guy snorkeling with us was the best of the best. They organised for us the transport to Tetebatu for a good price. We would definitely go back. The rooms were good value for money. With a terrace outside. We were very glad we could have a shower in the afternoon on the last day of our stay, after spending the day at Gili Kondo, before travelling to Tetebatu. We left the rooms that morning and we could leave our luggage in the reception area. They let us keep the towels for the day to use it for the shower we had before leaving.

The toilet we used before leaving, close to the reception area, was not as clean as the private bathrooms of the rooms, but we were so glad we could have a shower that it did not really matter for us.

The staff is just amazing. They help you with everything you need. They even made a super BBQ dinner for us. The owner is an amazing human being and his staff is so great for the costumer. I really recommand.
