Xalet S'Escaleta

The location of the home is great. It’s only about 8-10 minutes walk to the beach. The pool area is also really nice. The bathrooms are modern, clean, and all the showers work really well. The kitchen is well stocked, and the fridge works great.

They only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. No extra. We ran out very quickly, and there weren’t any rolls provided. I called and left a message but got no response. Not a problem if we need to buy some, but nobody told us. The garbage situation is a little confusing (I think this is all of Mallorca), so it seemed easiest to drop it all off at the local site and dispose of it at the end rather than trying to figure out days they come for pick up. It would help if they had different organizer bins on the property to put each category of trash in. Air conditioners seem a bit old but worked fine. The sofa area in living room could use some love. These are minor things though overall.

Sehr grosses super schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und sehr nettem Vermieter. Bei Ankunft wurden wir persönlich begrüsst und zusätzlich mit einem riesigem Obstkorb+Wein beschenkt. Tolle Lage.

Lovely clean villa was very pleased. Owner left us fresh fruit and lovely small touches. Would definitely visit again
