"Excellent Villa, amazing owners. Would throughly recommend you stay here."

The Villa was large enough for 14 of us. There were plenty of crockery, utensils, pot and pans etc. The swimming pool was a very good addition which was used everyday. Beds were comfortable. The veranda was just lovely to sit around the table day and evening. Parking for two cars off road. The property is secure. Walking distance up the road to shops and bars. 20 minutes from the sea. Giuseppe, the owner and Francesca were amazing lovely people. Nothing was not too much trouble. Such kind and helpful family. Carolina, the 100 year old tortoise, was an extra attraction for our grandchildren who loved feeding her

The swimming pool was great, we all enjoyed this pool. Plenty of towels as well. The beds were comfortable. Everything and more was available

Ci sono tantissimi punti di forza..ad esempio: la posizione (comoda ma tranquilla), la dimensione giusta di stanze e bagni, le zone comuni davvero ampie, la zona colazione verandata, la comodità dell’accesso in casa anche se eravamo in 12, la presenza di ogni comfort, la zona esterna

"Excellent villa in the suburbs of Rome"

Giuseppe, the host, was fantastic. Excellent communication and always available. The house is very comfortable and has a ton of space. We were 7, and we all had a good time. We loved the technology in the house (keys, ac panel, TV) and the clear instructions all around.

The shower on the top floor had low pressure.

Good-sized rooms with air conditioning; good bathrooms, plenty of space for a party of 9. The owner and daughter were super friendly and helpful (always available).

No air conditioning or fans in the living room and kitchen (was very hot in the afternoon in June). Very tight road and difficult to park and maneuver with a van (though not sure they could do much about that).
