Villa Piedra

A stunning rural location with breathtaking views of olive groves and the White Mountains. Excellent very pretty villa, well presented and comfortable with everything needed for a week long stay. Christina, our host, provided all necessary information for arrival, had some top tips for beaches and restaurants to visit, and was attentive and responsive with extra deliveries of wood and coals for the BBQ.

There really was nothing to not like about this property.

The house is equipped with everything you need. The area is very quiet and the view is stunning. In less than 15 minutes, you can reach shops, the beach, or restaurants.

An absolutely amazing villa! We stayed there with our family and had a perfect experience. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful, picturesque setting — even more beautiful than the photos. The owners are truly lovely, warm, and welcoming. They produce their own olive oil, white wine, and raki — the best we’ve tasted in Greece! Their hospitality and generosity made our stay extra special. We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back!

The villa is situated on a hillside surrounded by amazing views of the Cretan countryside and mountains in the distance - could not ask for a better view and we will miss the peace and beauty of this place. The villa itself is fabulous - totally private, cool inside, lots of space, beautifully decorated. Loved the shutters so you can sleep in total darkness, the many terraces to sit and admire the view, and the filtered water on tap. The pool and garden are also lovely and big enough for our family to play around in.

We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Piedra to anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with nature. The view over the olive groves is stunning, and the sunsets are absolutely idyllic. If you enjoy starting your day with meditation or yoga accompanied by natural sounds like cicadas, goats, and chickens, this is the place for you. I loved it. The villa offers top-level comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped – perfect for cooking enthusiasts. The beds are incredibly comfortable and ensure a restful night’s sleep. The pool is great for a refreshing dip in between. Our host Christina was warm, attentive, and very informative. We felt completely welcome and well taken care of. It was exactly what we were looking for. The Villa Piedra is a 10 for us – and we’ll definitely be back!

The most perfect stay in Crete! The pictures genuinely don't do the Villa justice. It is beautiful, welcoming and just perfect. Christina was the best host, she communicated before during and after our stay. She met us at the property to hand over the keys and talk us through all aspects of the Villa. She welcomed us with the Villa's own wine, olive oil and raki. An absolutely lovely gift. She was also on hand 24/7 if required and sent some amazing local recommendations through we we certainly used and they were all amazing. The villa was clean, user friendly and great for families. It is secure and surrounded by nature. Quiet and peaceful but also easily accessible for Chania and beaches. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa Piedra. The house is beautiful and super clean. You really don't miss anything. We have never had a better equipped kitchen on any vacation. Christina is the perfect host. She and her husband really take care of every little thing and even before we arrived, Christina answered every question immediately and did everything to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible! The surroundings are breathtaking and very quiet. The perfect place to spend a relaxing holiday.

The beds could be a little bigger.

Gorgeous villa and stunning views with a lovely pool. Very cosy, clean and had everything we needed. The host was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Would prefer if both of the double beds had an option to make 2 single beds.
