Quinta do Lago Golf

Location is great.

1. Booking through owner rather than operator which meant when I had an issue the reception told me to contact the property owner. 2. Property owner promised to solve problem but never did (no shower gel or shampoo provided - basics.) 3. Bedroom had transparent curtains with a street light directly outside illuminating the room. 4. Poor quality towels.

Our whole experience was excellent. A great location, beautiful apartment - very clean and well decorated, with a lovely outdoor seating area. The complex was very well maintained and quiet. It was so good we extended our stay..... twice!! Will definitely be returning :-)

Great location, easy check-in as we arrived late, lovely breakfast at Noa.

Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable

The indoor swimming pool, the outdoor pool was only 18 degrees far to cold. The cafe was excellent and the lady serving was excellent.

Apartment 40. The photo shows the property next door. It's a ground floor apartment. It lacked all essential items for a 2 night stay. Location wasn't ideal if you had no car as it was a climb up a hill back to the reception and mini market. The apartment was old fashioned and overpriced. Note this wasn't a Vilar do Golf apartment it's privately owned.

We absolutely loved our stay here! the apartment was well situated for what we needed - it had all the facilities required, was very clean, had extremely comfortable beds, a nice little patio area to sit out and have breakfast, had great air conditioning and we were very lucky that the owner Joao was an absolute gent! He checked in on us and was there if we needed anything at all. There is a small supermarket onsite if you need any extra bits, there are pools, nice restaurants, and all the staff are very friendly. Just outside of Vilar Do Golf you also have many other restaurants which are lovely! I would definitely go back again an would also stay here again! It was an absolute pleasure Thank you!
