The facilities, it felt like home from home

Not really a dislike in regards to the property it’s self, just the fact it was on the plot of a petrol station and the parking on the grass verge without a dropped kerb wasn’t ideal but there were other options for parking but that is no reflection on the property

The villa is in a prime location with shops and public transport accessible within minutes. Ideal for family with well equipped kitchen. Also it had a good amount of book collection and board games. My kids loved the place. Also the host is very kind and very reachable if you need any local information. Thanks to Sathish for his timely help.

It was only 10 minutes to where we needed to go over the 4 days we stayed there and shops were all accessible.

Very dissapointed to be sold a 'newly refurbished home' its certainly not that. To have no images when booking it was a total gamble. The place was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was a stain on the bed covers and did not smell fresh, the dust was unbelievable, the carpet was disgusting, coffee table was dirty, the sofa smelled awful, there were ants at the shower of one of the bedroom ensuites and in the sink, the bathrooms were not clean and to be told the cleaners had just been in for our arrival! The entire place was damp, the bathroom fans didn't work and the extra bedding also did not appear to be fresh. The flooring downstairs was uneven and chipped and kitchen was unclean. The picture used above of the outside bar - it does not look like that anymore so I assume is a very old image.

A lovely property in a very nice location. A short drive from many useful places, and good amenities within walking distance. The place was lovely and clean. The hosts had a guide book that thought of basically everything you could have asked, extremely useful. If you don't drive there are busses to the nearby city of Milton Keynes too. We enjoyed it (2 adults, 2 children) and will likely be back, including my daughter who despite struggling with changes due to being autistic settled in easily and happily.

Was apprehensive, but needn't have been and my expectations are on the higher side and I am fussy! Clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. Good kitchen, bathroom clean. parking fine. Would book again if required.

Nothing negative to say

THis is our third time staying at the Villas. It is spacious and having young grandchildren visiting the outside was a bonus. The location to Marks at the BP station which provides grocery/drinks supplies and very good lattes is also convenient. Villas a great place to stay, the host responds very quickly to any questions and we look forward to staying there when we visit Buckingham next.

Family visit fir parents 50th wedding anniversary and location was brilliant as held in Granary Grand Junction.

It felt like a real home from home and perfect for our trip to Silverstone race track. Loved having a private garden to chill out in in the evening.

Location is brilliant for Buckingham. Marks and Spencers in the garage is ideal for snacks and coffee. The host was extremely quick to answer questions.. I would definitely recommend it for staying in Buckingham. Bus stop just minutes away. Buses to Oxford and Milton Keynes run frequently. A great base!

Have to be careful when parking outside the house but definitely adequate space for one car off the road.
