Quiet house with pool on a Top golf course

Really nice location, residents were welcoming and friendly. We stayed over Halloween, and the streets were decorated incredibly well. Close to amenities with a Walmart on the way in, plus not too far from Disney and Universal. Loads of squirrels, too, which was a nice way to wake up every day. Very secure area.

Some of the furniture was quite scuffed and marked. One of the blinds in the smaller rooms was very damaged and you could not shut them. The only other is not related to the villa, but the roadworks around were a nightmare on some days, tripling the time it took to get back from Disney.

After arriving from a long day of travelling it was so nice to walk into a lovely clean villa. The instructions that Julian had given us for arrival where very helpful. The villa itself was very spacious and well thought out. Home from home. We stayed for two weeks and had no issues at all. The swimming pool was nice and clean. The pool man came once a week. When we had a nasty thunderstorm and sooo much rain it did leave bits in the pool but that's to be expected and the filters soon cleared it. The location of the villa is great for exploring Florida. The complex was secure with security on entry and the grounds were extremely well kept and clean. There's a walmart at the entrance of the complex that literally sells everything so easy to grab things we had forgotten or needed. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa.

We've already let Julian know who is aware that the pool loungers could do with some new cushions but I just out a couple of pool towels on them and it was fine. No other issues at all.

The owners have definitely made every effort to have everything a client would need to have a comfortable stay. Walmart and Dollartree are right at entrance to the complex so really handy. It is about 45 mins from Disney parks but a beautiful area and II would have no hesitation recommending this property.

It's time to update the furniture. Dining set and sofa are pretty worn and need to be replaced. Not sure if the pool had been cleaned for us.

The home was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the heated pool. This was a very nice place to stay.

Very clean. Great instructions to access the neighborhood and home. The host was superb. We had one question when we fist arrived, and he answered the phone right away and got us going. I would stay there again.

Location to wear we were staying and close to grocery stores

We arrived late but there was no wash rags at the property at all. The beds were very very uncomfortable and pillows were awful . The toilet in the master I had to unclog twice . It was a nice house but the 2 masters was outdated . The pool had a lot of leaves and bugs in it and looked like it needed shocked water wasn’t very clear .
