I did not get the entrance code to the lock box to access the keys at the property until I was standing in the rain and had to call the office for it. It was a surprise to find I needed to pay a $1500 bond that wasn't released until until 4 days later. Live leeches crawling around the floor inside. Eight guests staying for three days. One towel per person is not sufficient, requested more but was rudely refused. Six pool towels. One roll of toilet paper per bathroom. 3 teabags for 8 guests? 100ml of UHT milk for 8 people? Only one of the remotes on the keys worked. We were there for a wedding and to find a tiny table top ironing board was completely ridiculous. The kitchen was not clean, the stainless steel bulkhead and the top of the fridge had a layer of grease and dust. tops of pictures and mirrors were deep in dust. There were 4 battery operated candles with no batteries.....

spa was a bit too hot for the time of the year. its also very expensive and a shame prices are so inflated in holidays
