Where to begin? The view is exceptional, with 180 degree sunsets. The kitchen is really well appointed with everything you might need, as well as both electric and charcoal grills on the deck. The host was very friendly and treated us to traditional bread and Easter eggs for the holidays. Overall the apartment is very comfortable, well maintained and clean. It was incredibly quiet and peaceful. It’s also a very short drive to the mineral hot springs at Sapareva Banya. We really enjoyed our stay and certainly plan on staying here again.

The stay was amazing, an extremely cozy and clean house and everything in the kitchen was available, great for cooking meals (even has a blender 😋), grill and terrace, amazing view! Nice owners, friendly and helpful! PS. Really suggest going to "Bellabakereylna" it's a great bakery really close by, with tasty home made pastries! (Better to call and pre order, but can get a variety of different Bulgarian pasties)

The house is just as it looks in the pictures. It is beautiful and very well furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. It was very clean, it even smelled clean. The host was very nice lady who offered to make us breakfast even though we hadn't ordered one. She made us home made mekitsi which were one of the tastiest I have ever eaten. We would definitely visit again.

It was early spring so it was hot during the day but the hosts kept the heating on during the night so it became quite warm. However, we were with a small baby so that wasn't really an issue. Keep in mind the the GPS guides you through a very bad road. You should not listen to it and turn right on a road before the address and you will reach the house much easier.

The flat was clean and had all commodities for our stay. The host were very gentle and prepared breakfast for us every morning.

The house is located in the village Saparevo, the road is muddy without asphalt for about 50 metars.

Very spacious apartment, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, washing machine. The owners have thought of everything one could need in the apartment and it is there. The two bedrooms are large with good storage space. There is an outdoor deck with table, chairs and a BBQ grill. The deck faces west, which provides beautiful sunset views. Tanya is a very gracious hostess; every morning she prepared breakfast, delicious crepes with fruit preserves and on our last morning, homemade banitsa. Her son was kind enough to meet us at the town square and guide us to the property as we had difficulty finding it. Location is outstanding; Sapareva Banya is a 5 minute drive from the property, where there are several good restaurants. There is a fully-stocked, well-maintained supermarket on the road between Saparevo (where the property is located) and Sapareva Banya. The drive to the ski lift in Panichishte takes 20 minutes. This is the starting point for hiking around the seven Rila lakes and the Rila National Park; there are trails galore and the scenery is beautiful. Borovets and the Yastrebets gondola (access to skiing and Musala Peak) is 35 minutes to the east. One added feature for star-gazers. There is little light pollution in the area and in the evening the view of the stars is incredible.

Nothing - this is a great place to stay. I would stay here again without hesitation; I highly recommend it. One note - when driving to the property, be careful if following GPS exclusively. The property is located on an elevated position and it is best accessed by driving past it and then approaching it from a north road that has a much more gentle incline.
