Brytan Villa

Very clean, modern and close location to beach that’s safe for little kids. Close walk to surrounding restaurants. Comfortable beds and good quality pillows and linens.

There was no breakfast. We cooked our own.

The Place was extremely hot upon arrival with a small baby. We were advised to turn off the lights and the AC upon leaving the rooms. We are paying guests and the details that was posted online list air conditioned rooms etc. St. Elizabeth is hot and humid. We would never have chosen this villa if there was no ac.!! The downstairs villa living room was no AC. Hot and humid. Second day, the light went out, the place was in darkness. Finally, the caretaker brought us 2 small solar lights. Yes, we understand that life happens, but if you want people to support your business, you must invest in the property. Check to make sure the solar system was properly installed. We were informed that we kept the AC on that's what drained the batteries, so when the lights went out there was no backup power. Invest in a generator!!! Needless to say, we waited in our vehicle and on the porch in the event the lights would return. We waited a little over four hours from 5:45 until 10pm. Finally, we left the property. Likewise, the stove in the downstairs villa did not work. We were willing to lose the non-refundable stay that we paid for. Likewise, invest in some nice kitchen towels , utensils and crockery that pleasing to the eyes. Thank God that we were kind hearted guests!!! The care taker did their best, but at the end of the day, I would not recommend and advise others to bring their own AC and backup power. Do not promote until you invest in a generator.

Host was very warm and welcoming this place looks exactly like the pictures shown it was clean and spacious it had a calming and relaxing atmosphere the view from the patio is beautiful there are convenient shops within walking distance and the famous Jack Sprat seafood restaurant is right next door their is a fully equipped kitchen if you prefer to make your own meals l highly recommend this villa l will definitely go back again.

Small quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Had mostly what I needed. If you're not fussy or needy, this place is perfect. Had wifi and a tiny kitchen. With a 2 min walk to the beach. Jake's bar and pizza are also there for relaxing and drinks.

Jake's buildings kind of blocked some of the view of the water, but you still get some. Mosquitoes were eating us alive on the beach in the evening.

We had a fantastic stay at Brytan Villa in Treasure Beach. The place is beautiful and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony offering stunning ocean views. Our room was spotless, and the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Traveling with two small kids can be challenging, but they also had a great time here, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a nice, relaxing place to stay!

The location is great.. walking distance to beach places to eat good variety. The apartment is.spacious and private. Air con TV and internet.

Careen is personable, friendly, and a great host. She checked in daily, and we chatted. The villa is clean & in a perfect location. Next to the beach and Jack Sprat restaurant. It was a special anniversary for us & I wanted a getaway. I looked at MoBay, Trelawny & other places, all-inclusive spots that I have visited....I couldn't decide. I wanted a chill spot...how about Treasure Beach... I know Lover Leap!! I searched & Brytan Villa was there as one of the better options, thanks to the reviews. I booked & it's now OUR best place to go! A Great Chill Spot!! Awake in the mornings to the sound of the ocean & the birds chirp, the butterflies floating...was my fave. On the Beach (with life guard) when it gets hot! Walked over to Jack Sprat restaurant, get drink, food & chill. Toured the countryside & spend $$ with Jamaican owner businesses. Big up to Taneisha & Careen!!

Nothing was wrong

Amazing location, large house, lots of space and lovely patio area. Lockable gate with space for parking on driveway. Short walk to beach and can see Jakes from the house. This was an absolute highlight of our holiday and I strongly encourage everyone to come and stay here and visit treasure beach.
