Villa Sol 96

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, in a wider complex with great facilities (restaurant, pool, bar). Within walking distance of the beach or could take the hotel shuttle.

Some repairs needed to the villa itself. Front door difficult to close, bathroom window broken.

The staff was excellent

The view was amazing. The layout of the condo was perfect for a family. It was useful that the hotel provides a property shuttle. The provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash were high quality and smelled great. The balconies were a great touch!

The water pressure was very poor in both bathrooms. The Wi-Fi and phones only worked on the main level. The floor was filthy upon arrival. The beds (all 5 of them) were extremely uncomfortable and the wall connecting to the next door condo was paper thin.

Excellent view of the Hermosa Gulf. Comfy bed and pillows. Well equipped kitchen.

Transfer from reception to villa is not frequent, and resort doesn't have enough sidewalks to commute to the beach.

The showers when we get there was disappointing. Hairs all over the bath area. They don’t have towel changes every day so what you got in the beginning that’s what you got till ends

I love the location, the property is beautiful and very safe. Gated community enough space for all 6 guests.

This villa needs updating, but I would say the worse part is the beds super hard and super uncomfortable

Need maintenance .

It was very easy to collect the keys. We stopped at reception on the way to the villa and collected them from the front desk. The view is stunning and there are many amenities inside of the complex to take advantage of. I appreciated the shuttle and how it easy it was to get to the beach. There was parking nearby. It's also relatively quiet and uncrowded. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the appliances you'd need. The air conditioning worked very well in the living room and the bedrooms.

The place itself was very outdated and run down. The couch had stains, as did some of the curtains and blinds. The walls were dirty. The furniture outdoors was not very comfortable either, and an umbrella or something was needed for some shade.

We liked the view from the balconies and the shuttle to get to the beach. The villa is comfortable and cooled down nicely with the air conditioning.

The shower head in the downstairs bathroom does not have much pressure. We did not contact the concierge about this because of the timing of our stay.

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villas Sol. The staff, ambiance, and food were all chef's kiss. Once you are checked in there is no need for you to leave the resort. If you must, Eida Espinoza, the concierge will provide tremendous insight on various activities. Eida's guidance made our trip to Nicaragua a dream come true for one of the travelers in my group. The rooms were decently sized, very comfortable, and spacious. Transportation provided. No need to walk. Shuttles are available every 15mins. Be prepared to dine like royalty. My grou p could not wait for our daily buffet breakfast. The food was delicioso! Sergio and Harley took care of our every need.
