Alles! De villa is mooi, groot, van alle gemakken voorzien en comfortabel. Het personeel is geweldig! Lief en behulpzaam. Wij hebben een week bijgeboekt.

Lovely property, well decorated. The bed is very big and comfortable! Lots of space. The staff are all extremely friendly.

The pool is covered so you don’t get any sunshine in the property and we felt there could be some extra touches that were missed when house keeping came in. Breakfast is quite limited and literal with its options, this could be improved.

Excellent staff that catered to all our needs. Amazing facilities and the villa was just beautiful!

Villa was expansive. Nice long pool. Great outdoor area with cooking facilities, new fridge with cold water and ice. A/C was good. Huge bedroom. Outside area had swinging chair, lounge and dining. Everything you need. Quite close to town.

Only specific to villa closest adjoining road. Could be noisy during day with road noise and barking/fighting dogs outside. Headphones solved the problem but next time will ask for villa further back. Stayed in one before and very quiet.

Service keurig, schone kamers, erg behulpzaam. De was wordt inclusief voor je gedaan en gedroogd, dit was een groot pluspunt. De taxichauffeur heeft gecanceld en het personeel heeft ons snachts op tijd gebracht naar de airport om onze vlucht niet te missen, erg vriendelijk! Al met al genoten van het verblijf met zwembad.

Enorm veel muggen, geen hor bij de douch, groot verbeterpunt. Airco niet top, maar ze zijn bereid dit aan te passen. Bed is nog steeds te hard zoals de eerdere reviews aangeven. Hangstoel laat gips uit het plafond vallen waardoor je vies wordt al je erop zit. Ontbijt is erg simpel met weinig opties. Ze willen graag feedback krijgen en zijn bereid aanpassingen te doen, als dit wordt aangepast is het een uitstekend verblijf. Hier kunnen zij niks aan doen, maar er zijn overal in Kuta werkzaamheden overdag en dat kan je wat meer horen.

It's a lovely villa, beautifully designed, great quality and service. The check-in & overall experience of my stay was smooth and without issues, they allowed me to early check-in since I arrived an hour early, the welcome was warm and with a delicious watermelon smoothie. Marni and Hery were very responsive to my queries I had after booking & before check-in. I'd highly recommend this place.

Reservamos habitación para 3 personas y al llegar solo había una cama doble y desayuno para 2. Pedímos una cama extra y nos querian cobrar 25€ al día por ella cuando ya habíamos pagado la habitación para 3.
