Marlaca Villas Lombok

Staff were great. Organised laundry, driver and bike. Breakfast was included and was prepared in our villa. Toiletries supplied were excellent.

The property is spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely and quick to respond to messages.

We had an issue with our power box running out of credits during the night at 2am, which meant the AC and fans turned off. This was resolved fairly quickly but disrupted our sleep a lot. We were given free transport to the airport as compensation, which we appreciated but didn’t really feel was adequate.

The staff was amazing and always there for us. The pool was perfect and relaxing place.

Welcoming and super helpful staff, always ready to assist and easily reachable via WhatsApp. Great location just outside the center (10 minutes by scooter), close to the excellent Granita restaurant and the XenoFit sports facility.

Minus point: the breakfast was quite light for the standard of this place—we were expecting a more generous offering. Fortunately, my partner has food allergies, which allowed us to combine all the available choices to make it work.

I had a really great stay at Marlaca Villas. The place is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. There was some construction going on next door during the day, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying my time there. I especially appreciated the breakfasts and the fully equipped kitchen — having all the utensils made it easy to feel at home. I was also pleasantly surprised by how spacious everything was. The rooms are large, and the bathroom has a hot shower that works really well — definitely a big plus. The staff is very discreet, which really makes a difference. You feel that they’re available if needed, but they always respect your privacy. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the garden, which could use a little refresh. But that doesn’t take away from the overall quality of the villa — it’s very functional and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, space, and a sense of independence in Lombok.

Spacious and clean with lots of little extras to make our stay more comfortable..slippers,robes,Sun hats. Great pool. Lovely breakfast. Nothing too much trouble for the excellent staff.
