We had a wonderful stay! Villa is located in a quiet area. All you can hear is the sea! Rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. The villa itself is more spacious than in pictures. Had a bbq a few times. Kids were delighted with a games room and were splashing in the swimming pool almost all day. We have only good memories about our stay! Even went for a snorkelling in the beach nearby and saw lots of different fish.

De locatie is absoluut schitterend gelegen, prachtig zicht op zee , de golven op de achtergrond. Veel privacy . Rustig en met een uurtje ben je in Paphos. Het zwembad is groot , heerlijk genieten, ligbedjes aanwezig . 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, ruimte genoeg voor 6 personen. Keuken is compleet, vaatwasser en wasmachine aanwezig . Ruime koelkast, koffiezetapparaat, oven en magnetron. 2 terrassen en 2 balkons, altijd plek in de schaduw als je wil . Prachtig om de zon onder te zien gaan vanaf het boventerras . Airco’s doen hun werk goed, goed kunnen slapen in de koelte. De speelkamer in de kelder is leuk om even wat te anders te doen samen . Host is erg vriendelijk en altijd beschikbaar voor vragen . Konden wat later uitchecken op vertrekdag wat erg gewaardeerd werd . We hebben genoten , prijs kwaliteit is absoluut geweldig. Ontzettende aanrader voor een heerlijke villa op een prachtige rustige plek .

The villa is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need—from a well-equipped kitchen that makes cooking a pleasure to plenty of fresh linens for a comfortable stay. The kids loved splashing in the pool (the high end is 1.80 m), while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the verandas, moving with the sun or shade as the day went on. It offers complete privacy in a peaceful seaside setting, where you can fall asleep to the soothing sound of waves from the master bedroom. Beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and the charming villages of Polis and Pomos are just minutes away. The host, Andreas, is wonderfully helpful and always ready to assist. For local tips, we loved exploring Dragon’s Cave and spending time at Argaka’s sandy/pebbled beach. One of the highlights of our trip was a delicious meal at Chrysta’s Café in Pomos—highly recommended!

This place is the absolute definition of tranquility! The sound, the view and the fresh air of the sea, the spacious and very clean house, the playroom, the swimming pool, the upper-floor balcony - ooohhh the balcony, i already miss it! - everything was perfect! Exactly what we needed to get away from our everyday routine and the anxiety of the crowded places! Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view… but the villa is nothing like the photos. The location and view are stunning — but sadly, that’s the only good thing I can say. The photos online are extremely outdated. I later found Google reviews from 6 years ago using the exact same pictures. The villa today looks completely different. When we arrived, the pool was filthy, full of mould, and clearly not maintained (photos provided). Inside, the smell of damp was overwhelming. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were flooded due to a broken AC upstairs — walls and ceilings were covered in moisture. The headboard was rotting, the mattress was wet and smelled strongly of mould, and we found silverfish under the bed sheet. The AC in the living room and game room didn’t work either. Even worse, you’re expected to pay €7/day for AC, despite it being broken. The game room itself was unusable in 40°C heat and smelled damp too. The outdoor area was also in bad shape — everything looked old, broken, and neglected. When I told the owner about the problems, he said he would send someone “today or tomorrow” — but when I asked for a clear time, he said he didn’t know. When I explained that waiting until tomorrow wasn’t acceptable, he started shouting at me instead of offering help. Eventually, he sent someone to check, who tried to fix a few things but kept blaming previous guests. However, he accidentally admitted that the upstairs AC has been a constant problem — it regularly freezes and leaks — and told us he had already informed the owner a long time ago that the pool lining is completely out of date and should have been replaced years ago, but nothing was ever done. I don’t enjoy writing negative reviews, but I have to be honest — this place was a huge disappointment. We only stayed a few hours before cancelling — that says it all.

We stayed at Villa Agnanti for a week and had a fantastic time. The villa is peaceful, private, and beautifully located with stunning views. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing, and the villa had everything we needed. The host was welcoming and helpful, even when we arrived late and had an issue with the electricity. Highly recommended!
