Villa Charoula Exi Large Private Pool AC WiFi

I am writing regarding our recent stay at Villa Charoula 6, which unfortunately did not meet the description or our expectations. During our stay we experienced several serious issues: • the pool area was in very poor condition (old sunbeds, broken umbrella, damaged shower, yellowish and unclean pool) • we had no running water for an entire day • the villa manager entered the pool area without asking for permission and spoke to us in a rude manner • the pool lights could only be turned on by calling him, and each time he treated us as if it was our fault • inside the villa, the wardrobes had a strong unpleasant “old” smell and the beds were extremely outdated and uncomfortable, more like from another century • the check-in/out schedule (check-in at 16:00, check-out at 10:00) significantly reduced the effective duration of the stay We have photos documenting these issues and can provide them if needed.

Peaceful good WIFI comfy mattress upstairs' and warm throw

Finding the keys in the dark was difficult and a light needs to be left on for guests arriving in evening. Cooking pans dirty, had to be washed before use. Twin beds sheets marked with bed bug poo and pubic hairs on them. When I notified property owner she just brushed them off and said do I want her to change the bed. She did. No light bulbs in upstairs bathroom or downstairs bedroom. Owner bought bulbs round but didn't replace them When there was a power cut (no fault of owner, lightening strike)no torches or candles were available until owner brought some scented candles round. Unused shelf in bedroom is a safety hazard, at chest height I now have some nasty bruises. On last day I found a bedbug in the sheets of downstairs' bedroom where I was packing. We liked the location of property as its close to local amenities and as we know the area it was easy to get about.
