Villa Sea - Rural Holiday Experience by SeaPearl

The location was excellent and the villa superb. It had everything that we required to ensure a very comfortable stay. The villa was clean and presented with excellent decor. The bed was comfortable with the bedroom having an excellent view of the sea. The pool was fantastic and we used this everyday. As for the location, it was perfect to get either into the village or go for walks up to the top of the cliffs. There are bars and cafes within reasonable distance (recommend the surfers bar). I would highly recommend this villa and its location for any tourists who wish to relax and get away from the normal tourist areas of Madeira.

There are few local stores and you need to travel some distance to get provisions unless you want to eat out all of the time. But saying this breakfast provisions are provided for your stay which is a great help. Knowing where to purchase locally would be a help.

No privacy on 3 sides which includes a roof terrace on top of the master bedroom used by neighbors that woke us up a couple of times moving furniture about and wandering around. Overpriced for the area especially as the pool is not heated and no air conditioning. The dog is still there barking.

We literally were amazed by everyting. We enjoyed every single minute in the accomodation. The design, the cleanness, the pool area and being right next to the sea was just top notch. One of the best stays I've ever had.

Beautiful property right on the ocean. Every bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The pool was great. The view of the ocean and sunset was fantastic.

No air conditioning meant we had to keep the windows and doors open. There was a barking dog next door and the ocean was pounding against the shore, which made it hard to sleep. There was one portable fan in one bedroom but the two other bedrooms were hot and it was uncomfortable trying to sleep. If there were fans in all bedrooms or wall AC units, it would remarkably improve the quality of the stay. Also, the road to the town, Paul Do Mar, is a steep, winding road that takes 20 minutes to drive, so everything we did was about an hour and a half away. The location is beautiful but isolated.
