Nothing. All things that were promissed were not there

Rooms not sealed, full of mosquitos. Promissed things like safari and other stuff not there. No kitchen in building and communication with owner not good. Even said the curtains seal the rooms from mosquitos and children were bitten all night. Booked 3 nights and left after one horrible night. Worst place we had in one month sri lanka

Nice Big room, good AC. They gave us drinking water when we arrived.

There were no sheet to cover yourself (there was a little tiny one, that dinner cover one person, we were a couple). No hot water (the owner told us not to sei Th the water heater on, visse he had had a problem two days before). Also the owner travel when we were there , só we didn’t have the opportunity to have more contact. There were no facilities at the room (microwaves, sink, stove, TV, wi fi… nothing). But the room was clean, big and just fine to sleep and spend a couple nights.

The double room with AC was very clean and spacious. The bed was comfy and I had a good night sleep. The bathroom was clean. Shower had good water pressure. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to your messages and provides you with a lot of info on places to visit. I would stay there again.

The first floor balcony has no railing so someone could fall off and cause themselves some serious injury. The path to the property is uneven and has the potential to cause injury if you are not careful with your step. Bed does not have a moquito net. I have conveyed my concerns to the host and he said he will be addressing them quickly. I really hope he does.

Property was close to the main road. Inside the premises it was clean and comfortable. Better to access the property during day time. It was close to many attractions in the city. There were few shops close by as well. Hot water and TV is available. Recommendable for local and foreign guests.

Name board of the property was not clearly visible but the google location was correct. Parking your own car is bit of a challenge as the path way is still under construction. Villa is at the back so older travelers needs to be watchful specially at night. Top floor room has balcony, but no walls in the balcony so traveling with kids to the balcony not advised. only top floor has air condition.
