Poor state of maintenance of the electricity and water supply and some of the outside spaces.

I can not describe how fantastic the Hacienda. The house bigger than you imagined based on the pictures. The atmosphere is phenomen you do not want leave villa because you have anything in the house and in the field what you need to enjoy your vacation. The pool is big and heated, the bed comfortable, the living space giant, the garden simply beatyfull. If you looking for a great villa in Teneriffe I guess this Hacienda one of the best choice.

Honestly, very hard to say any inconvenience. If I should write anything than I can highlight two minor thing. 1. The Hacienda independent from local electricity and water network. It means that sometimes could be issues with water pump (we had it once), but our host, Maxim resolved it promptly regardless it was weekend moreover national holiday. 2. When we were in Tenerife it was a very unusual weather with 35-37 C. The villa has limited cooling potential (only 2 mobile aircon was available) but during the evening we were able cool the rooms for expected temperature via open windows.

Beautiful property with everything you’ll need for a family/group stay. The house is located in the mountains at the end of a quiet village. You’ll feel like you have the surrounding land for yourself. Pool was well maintained with a person checking on it twice a week. When you have a rental car everything is close by. 10 minutes to a supermarket, 25 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to Tenerife south airport. Our KARAT representative was very kind and accommodating.

Beautiful mexican style villa with amazing views and very tranquil. Very comfortable and well equipped. The interior is really interesting too. Karat company offers friendly service and are very attentive. There is a pillow menu and a lot of other services that they offer. There are some amazing hike routes a short drive from the villa.

The pool cover was cumbersome to put on and off and doesn't cover the pool very well. The pool was chilly for a few days mid our stay even after being covered for the night ( after the first pool attendant visit) but the temperature was ok again after the second pool attendant visit. So worth telling the company, we didn't - but probably should have.
