Was perfect for our group, true Tuscan villa with lovely views to San Gimignano. Hosts were very helpful, friendly and responsive to messages. Open fires and terrace were great.

Nothing however a few basic supplies in the kitchen would have been useful.

Beautiful property. Really exceeded expectations in all areas. Aircon in the rooms was brilliant. Swimming pool amazing. Simon and his family were a joy too.

The mattresses were a little too hard for my liking but still was so tired each day we slept great. Also the Bin/waste system not ideal waiting on local government twice a week. Or bagging for outdoor bins and getting ripped up by animals in the night.

We were 6 couples on May 23. The location of the villa is perfect, very close to the stunning San Gemiano. The road to the villa is beautiful, and we arrived at a magical place. Paradise in Tuscany. The house is very special and well equipped. The garden is amazing, living in a dream. The owners are kind and pleasant, took care of our every request quickly. Looking forward to going back there. Highly recommended
