Koutsini Villa

Fantastic place to spend the weekend with friends and family. Fully equipped, all bedrooms are en suite. Lovely garden and outdoor barbecue area. Highly recommended.

The owner of this villa is so kind and sweet. We booked last minute but she assist us in the best possible way and she even let us have a late check out the next day. Really beautiful relaxing villa and location. Exactly what we needed to escape from our routine with my husband. Thank you again! ♥️

We liked everything. The location is for those who like privacy and tranquility. Still close to Polis’ beaches and restaurants. Comfy beds, cosy villa with a lot of space for two families (we had 6 children and 4 adults), well equipped. The kiddos enjoyed the pool of course. Thank you Maria for this possibility to stay in a nice place together with friends! And for the cakes:)

We booked the villa based on the comments that said the owners took care of the property and its guests, and I'm happy to report that it's indeed a 10/10 option! The villa is in a quiet location, you can sleep like a baby, with only the birds chirping. There's plenty of space (4 bedrooms on 2 floors), a large kitchen with access to courtyard, and many small things that made our stay pleasant: ice in the freezer, watering the fridge, conveniently placed trash cans on the property, and whatever you need to make fresh juice, brew coffee or cook dinner. It is obvious that the owners take care of the property and this makes you feel at home, like visiting good friends. The communication was easy and fast. Location-wise, it's 30-40 min from Paphos, 20-25 min from Latchi, you are a short drive away from the zoo, or a hike to Blue Lagoon, or going to sea caves. Our kids loved the stay, and I totally, absolutely recommend this house as a great getaway spot!

Everything was perfect! The house is very spacious and it offers everything one can possibly wish for including Eastern decorations. Our host Maria even bought us an electricity adapter when we had forgotten ours at home.
