Fantastic Villa, the owner and concierge company were great throughout and really helped us with our stay. Can't recommend this Villa highly enough, would definitely come back again.

Everything about our stay at Terrazo Luxury Villas was perfect. When we arrived, we were met by the owner and John (Etouri) who handed over the keys. The owner had also provided us with fruit and vegetables from his farm, stocked the fridge with water, milk and bread and even put in the oven a home-made traditional dish. A lovely gesture... and incredibly tasty too! The villa itself was beautiful. Inside, the furnishings were clean and modern and outside there was a large garden with swimming pool, kids play area and table tennis table. We opted not to have the pool heated - which was the right decision (in August) as it was very pleasant from our first swim - typically at 8am - to our last - typically at 7pm. We were also really impressed with Etouri - who were always on hand to help with restaurant bookings, day trip activities and any other questions / requests that we had. A very enjoyable stay - 100% recommend.

No complaints whatsoever - the only suggestion would be to have a second fob/remote for the gate

If you are looking for a villa that has the following, you have found it: -immaculate, stylish interior -large, perfectly maintained pool with children’s section -large outdoor eating area and multiple other seating areas for evening sunset drinks -Pool games/ping pong table/swing/slide for kids (and more games indoor) -State of the art kitchen appliances -Designer bathrooms with super strong shower water pressure -Walking distance to beach and friendly beachside restaurants (recommend indigo for the best sunset-the staff are lovely too!) -Equipped for all generations (we travelled with kids and grandparents) Above all else though, what made our stay so special was the welcome we received from the owner and his wife- home cooked food in the oven for our arrival, raki (also made from the owners land!), wine, fresh fruit, bottled water …. A traditional Cretan experience in the luxury of an almost new villa in a secure gated area that is beautifully lit up at night. We can’t thank the owners enough. The villa is managed by Etouri- another top class experience. Available for any queries well in advance of our trip and will assist you with absolutely anything, no matter how small. We were greeted warmly by John (and the owner), who went through everything the villa had to offer and went above and beyond for our all our needs throughout our stay. Perfect location to visit Rethymno and beyond! We will be back for sure! Thank you!

The host John met us after an unexpected late night arrival. He had a hot meal ready for us as well as a fridge full of food. Lots of fabulous wee touches wine, fresh local fruit and veg, local produce all very much enjoyed. They accommodated our late departure, arranged massage for me at the villa. Service fabulous, slept well, villa out standing would so like to recommend them. 5 Star😊felt very welcome.

The kindness of the owners was top notch - we were able to check-in at 10:30 AM and got a very warm welcome along with some greek home-cooked lasagna and an almost fully stocked refrigerator as well as a big fruit and vegetables basket, which was perfect. The villa was very tidy and the communication before and during the stay with the Etouri Agency that manages the villa was a big plus as well. The property was in a good location - many tavernas, shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. Overall a wonderful stay and experience. 10/10! We‘ll definitely recommend this lovely villa and will be back ourselves. Ps. If you’re planning on renting a car in Crete, I recommend „Best Cars Rental“. We booked an Airport Shuttle and at the time of arrival to the villa, we already had the rental car parked in front of the villa and on our last evening, they collected the car from the villa. Exceptional service as well which shouldn’t go unnoticed.

There is nothing to criticise. It was a superb stay.

Great place with wonderful hosts - we got a very warm welcome along with home cooked lasagna and olive oil from home grown trees! The place itself is clean and very tidy, AC works great, the kitchen is greatly stocked (up to a point where I was able to cook prawn bisque and all the needed utensils where present, along with a blender)

The only thing that is lacking in quality is the swimming pool heating - it costs a lot and does not really do much on the colder days. To illustrate: if its 20 celcius in the evening and you want a swim, you will be able to swim, the water will have cosy 23 celsius BUT if its 18 during the day, no amount of heating will let you stay in the water as it does not rise above 1 degree above the air temperature (been to places that had better pool heating with solars so I know this can be improved) All in all 9/10 stars from us, the 1 star taken for the weak pool heating

The kindness of the owners and the constant communication and information received from the Etouri agency that manages the villa was a nice touch so that you feel welcome even before your arrival in Crete. The agency was also very responsive and well -connected in the area, when it comes to entertainment-excursions- activities suggestions to emergency cases and doctors request. You won’t feel alone and lost!

Nothing- the villa standards are impeccable for some relaxing holidays.
