Kamala Beach House - 1 min walk to beach

The kitchen is very well equipped and it was easy to cook our own meals. The air conditioning was very effective and we lover the roof top area where we could lie in the sun and chill out. The Bua Restaurant is just across the road and their food and cocktails were awesome. The pool table was great and the swimming pool lovely to cool down in. The 7-11 and Big C supermarket is close by to shop for ingredients. It is not in the busiest tourist area - still close enough to the beach to walk.

The property is located on a very busy, very noisy road. The bedroom with two single beds are located downstairs in the basement (as is the pool table), and not suitable for people with young children. The gate tot the road does not lock - no one came in, but it does make one feel a bit vulnerable. There was no complimentary coffee/tea/sugar etc provided, which would be nice to know beforehand so you can prepare.

Great location, an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and laundromat was across the road. Fantastic restaurant across the road also with live music and authentic Thai food. The apartment was great. We had 4 adults and 2 children staying and there was enough room for us all with bathrooms for each room. Air conditioning worked well to cool the rooms down. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The stairs, but it was fine. It wouldn't be good for the elderly though.

We loved everything about this villa and the location. It was so spacious for a family of six and we were sad to leave. Our host was very accommodating and she always replied quickly via WhatsApp. We very much appreciated the fact that she was able to let us check in early as our 1 year old grandson had flown from NZ. And it is only 1 minute walk to the beach with a taxi rank opposite the villa 😊

Comfortable and homely, spacious. Short distance to Kamala main road and beach.

Lots of stairs we had to be very vigilant with the baby, no bathroom at ground level.

Great location within walking walking distance of 3 good beaches, very close to Restraunt, and the local Thai Street food in the market is great for a very cheap and amazing breakfast and only 10 min walk if you walk at Thai speed 5 min normal speed😂. We will be coming back again. The swimming pool is great too.
