Villa AERAS

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von sieben Personen in der Villa und haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Jeder hatte seinen Platz. Jeder hatte sein Zimmer es gab genügend Badezimmer. Es war ein außergewöhnlich großer Balkon vorhanden und es war eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit einem kleinen Pool mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. In der Umgebung gab es wunderbare Restaurants direkt am Strand oder an der Straße alle sehr lecker und großartig. Nikos und seine Frau waren wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie haben uns frische Früchte gebracht. Olivenöl vom Markt frische Eier haben sich immer erkundigt, wie es uns gefällt, und haben für alles gesorgt, sodass wir uns wohl fühlen.

Super accueil ! Nikos nous attendait. Avec un grand sourire ❤️. Il nous a montré toute la villa, superbe ! Très grand, plein de chambres et des salles de bain et une vue sur la mer. très bien équipé (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, et tout le petit éléctroménager nécessaire) vraiment très bien. On a été accueilli comme des rois par Nikos et sa femme, et avec des fruits du jardin, délicieux ! Il y a même le chat qui vient s'installer sur la terasse 😽. On adore. les list super confortables !! 😴😍 la villa est bien située : il y a des petits commerces et des restaurants juste à côté.

la piscine peut-être un peu petite, je m'attendais à un peu plus grand 😊. c'est plus un jaccuzi. avec eau chaude (super) mais c'était très bien quand même, il y a la mer à côté. 🌊

The whole villa was immaculate! Beds so comfortable. All amenities that you could need and the hosts could not do enough to keep us in comfort. So close to beach, good bars and restaurants and buses to Chania 5 mins walk. The area is so quiet and safe for young families. I can not praise this villa enough. Will be back!

There is so much space to relax with a big group. The hosts could not do enough and any issues they were close by.

Het was echt fantastisch, zowel het huis als de lieve familie die ontzettend goed voor ons zorgden en altijd bereikbaar waren. We genieten nu thuis in Nederland van de heerlijke olijfolie. Het huis is prachtig, ruim en schoon en de locatie is centraal en 1 minuut lopen van het strand. Goede restaurantjes in de buurt. Kortom, echt een top vakantie.

The location was perfect and the villa clean, comfortable and large. Nikos and Dimitra were very helpful and available anytime we had a question. They even gave us a parting gift. I recommend this property.

Nothing, everything was wonderful

Great hosts, super location: less than 100 m from the sea and no major road crossings needed; shops and restaurants within walking distance; Chania easily reachable by bus or car; spacious villa.

Minor stuff: some handles and furniture/equipment should be updated (more aesthetic issue than functional).

Our stay in Crete was absolutely amazing. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for the whole family. It’s located very close to the beach, in a peaceful area but still within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool with stunning sea views was a highlight, and the large shaded terrace was a perfect spot to relax. The place had air conditioning in every room, which made the stay even more comfortable. On top of that, the hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the ideal location for a relaxing family vacation.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa AERAS. Das Haus ist ein wunderbarer Wohlfühlort und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse unglaublich. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
