Comfortable beds, facilities were tip top. Got tub a hit with our two girls. Loads of towels including beach towels on hand, cupboards stocked with essentials: coffee, dishwasher tablets, toiletroll, spices. Loads of cookware and the BBQ was a bonus...

Unfortunately the location in terms of security not great at all. There is no way you would walk around at night time. That being said it was quiet with little to no street noise and in terms of the location in respect to local activities was amazing. 10 mins max to pretty much anywhere locally asides from Palm Beach which was only an additional 5 mins... Whilst the beds were amazing, maybe some softer squishy pillows would have been ace, but that's just a personal choice. We all slept very well.

The house was very cozy, felt like home. The hot tub was a plus. The fruit trees were nice too.

Didn’t like the dirty hot tub or the mosquitoes. They cleaned the hot tub right away. And it’s FL by the intercoastal, mosquitoes are gonna happen.
