Die Villa liegt direkt am Strand, hat eine Bar, Tischtennis-Platte, Kicker und Billardtisch. Zudem stehen ein Fahrrad und 2 SUPs zur Verfügung. Einige Restaurants sind über die schöne Strandpromenade zu erreichen.

Das Haus könnte außen etwas besser Instand gehalten werden. Es gibt zwar etliche Mülleimer innen, da wir zu 14 eine Woche dort waren, wurde es am Ende etwas knapp und die Entsorgung außen war begrenzt.

The property is very spacious with 7 bedrooms. Each room has its own bathroom. Ground floor has a floor heating. Owner is nice and responsive. Great location nearby the lake. We were staying over new year.

Temperature in bathroom could be higher, which can be solved with some small heater with timming function which goes off after certain time.

Spaciousness, amenities, equipment, location, view, communication with owner were excellent.

Location directly at the lake with own access, good for a larger group of people for partying with no high expectations.

Poor cleanliness and low quality of equipment. Double windows in 2nd floor were impossible to open (not acceptable during hot summer), spider webs and dead insects between the windows and small shower cubicle with uncomfortable shower curtain. For this price I would expect a welcome drink at least or a functional, clean fridge. Opened old water bottles were even not removed. No super market or shop in walking distance.
