Чудове розташування. Неймовирний краєвид на гори. Класний котедж (відстань між котеджами 80 метрів). Парковка. Гостинні господарі. В 2х кілометрах готельний комплекс з 50 метровим відкритим басейном із підігрівом. В 40 кілометрах озеро Синевір, центр реабілітації бурих ведмедів, музей під відкритим небом. Поруч овечі ферми. Є можливість придбати мед. Катання на квадроциклах. Чани.
