Ich würde direkt dort einziehen! Oder immer wieder dort Urlaub machen! Es war absolut ruhig! Man hörte nur Vögel und Schafe. Keine Menschen in direkter Nähe. Keiner kann aufs Grundstück einsehen. Das war das gemütlichste Ferienhaus in dem ich je war! Küche war top ausgestattet. Waschmaschine hat funktioniert. Das Bad im Poolhaus war super!(im Haupthaus gibts auch eins ;) ) Vorallem wenn im Haus das Baby schlief, konnte man da duschen und auf die Toilette gehen, ohne es zu wecken. Ein riesiges gepflegtes Grundstück. Es gab eine Tischtennisplatte mit Schlägern und Bällen. Pool war super! Wir haben wenig Ausflüge gemacht, weil es einfach zu schön auf dieser Anlage war! Ein Babybett und einen Hochstuhl gabs auch.

Die Anfahrt war wild. Mit großem Auto nicht ohne, vorallem am Schluss über ein kleines Stahlbrückchen. Aber es lohnt sich so sehr!! Der Weg zu Fuß zum Meer war jetzt nicht so schön. Ca. 1km.

Tolle Lage, fussläufig nach Puerto Pollenca,sehr ruhig mit fantastischem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge.schöne Wanderungen in der Nähe. Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Betten! In der Küche war alles, was man so braucht. Maximale Entspannung. Wunderbarer Urlaub, sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

The owl booking team were great, shared useful information about the villa and answered any queries promptly. The villa is in an absolutely stunning, secluded location surrounded by mountains with a lovely garden, orchard and grape vines. The pool is a great size and kept really clean. Our 6 year old loved it. It's 2m deep at the deep end and 1m deep at the shallow end. It's not heated but the sun is on it all day making it a pleasant temperature to swim in. The beds were comfortable as were the sofas in the living area. There are lots of different seating areas around the villa if you wanted to eat, relax, sit in the shade or the sun. Perfect. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Some parts of the villa were a little tired including an egg chair which was super comfy but looked pretty worn. There's a pool table, which again was great fun but a bit tired. The oven took a long time to get hot but it depends what you're used to. My main tip would be to bring mosquito repellent to spray on yourself in the evening, which we did, plus we bought plug in mosquito repellent from the local supermarket as there are lots of mosquitoes which is to be expected with the climate. Our daughter didn't get bitten but myself and my husband did.

The location was really great - very quiet and a nice 20 minute walk to the beach and seafront restaurants and shops. The garden and surrounding countryside were beautiful.

The pillows were really uncomfortable!

Lack of basic house hold items, eg salt and pepper, body wash. House hold basics were not well provided.

Owl booking could not do more for us. Available 24/7 on what’s app and as we arrived on a stormy day where things were not working the next morning the owner and maintenance team arrived and put everything right. The outside area is sublime - beautiful pool, views and outside kitchen. They have thought of everything. The owner even came to water the garden and left us a plate of figs from breakfast. The outdoor of the property looks stunning. Indoors is practical but, if the owners were to revamp it then this would be 5* but it worked for us and we were very happy. Home to Home!

The road leading to the property needs some attention. You have to pass a very tight cattle bridge. I’m not sure a 4X4 car could drive via this. The access road to the property could be levelled and gravelled to avoid damage to cars.
