Villa Jacuzzi Seaview Villa

We knew the views were going to be spectacular from the photos and it delivered! Private pool and two levels too! What was an upside surprise is that the villa has been professionally decorated far above what is typical for any kind of rental. Artwork and lighting are exceptional, due to Alex's very creative mind and skill. TV and stereo also far above average. Alex and Jam were very helpful and personable hosts with a wide range of knowledge.

As with some properties and buildings in Thailand, you get a backflow odor from the septic / sewerage and this was present in all bathrooms. We mitigated with air fresheners, but was noticeable but not overpowering, and does not affect my rating or desire to return. The property was just too stunning. The plumbing probably just needs a good septic flush/cleaning. Visitors should be aware that a private villa with a view like this on Samui comes at the price of navigating challenging "uphill access" roads. It is not practical to think you're going to walk anywhere. Traffic in the Chewang town area has also become very congested since our last visit and a trip to Lotus for groceries or out for dinner can become a mission. Easy to get grab deliveries though and Alex is super helpful helping with any logistics needed. Was all worth it to us, we did go out as described, but also why leave the villa! It's an upper end property and we were comfortable and happy!

The views were phenomenal. It was like looking at a postcard in morning when I woke up. Lovely jacuzzi Our host Alex and jam were brilliant. Very friendly and and took great care of us. They are a great team and keep the villa looking immaculate. None of our group drove so you will need taxi in and out to chaweng but that was no big deal as the villa is so worth that little inconvenience and only a ten minute journey.

Gorgeous spacious villa perfect size for our family of 5 (and could comfortably accommodate more). The villa was kept spotlessly clean by the lovely housekeeper Jam and the villa host Alex was there for everything we needed to make our holiday the best it could be! Great location to explore the island. Beautiful swimming pool and great facilities for families - pool table, table football, jacuzzi.

Location was up a steep hill and a little isolated from facilities (shops etc). But Alex was very happy to drive us as needed so no problem!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Koh Samui! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alex (the manager) and Jam (the housekeeper) who were both kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Alex was a wonderful host—always available with a smile and full of great local travel tips that really helped us make the most of our time on the island. Jam kept the villa spotless every day, and both of them went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The villa itself was clean, stylishly decorated, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need or want for a relaxing holiday. The pool was a highlight for our family and the views were just beautiful, especially at sunrise. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and upkeep of the place. It had everything we needed and more. Both Alex and Jam were always willing to help with anything we needed, and it really made a difference to our overall experience.

Superb villa for groups or families, pool, hot tub with spectacular views, games, home from home. Alex & Jam are the very very best hosts, you will want for nothing with them on hand. Like all villas on the island it's best to have car or scooter hire, making it super easy to access beaches, shops , nightlife etc.
