Villa Raima

Lovely villa and location great.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday,it was immaculate and had everything we needed (& more!) The location was brilliant, we didn't need to hire a car as it was 5-10 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms well air-conditioned. The outside terrace and pool were fantastic.

Nothing!! The villa was perfect for us.

This is our fourth time we have rented this villa, Position, pool, barbecue, security and accommodation layout were all excellent. The details like condiments and cooking utensils supplied all clean and useful. Excellent communication with Carmen, and we would normally rate this villa 10.

Unfortunately builders were working on the villa next door all week.

Villa Raima provided an exceptional experience. The property was comprehensively equipped, and the pool maintained a consistently pristine condition and ideal temperature. Its location offered convenient access, approximately a 15-minute walk to the Playa Blanca promenade and a further 5 minutes to the Rubicon marina. The owner, Carmen, was readily available to address any needs or inquiries.

The kitchen's functionality could be enhanced with additional counter space, particularly for those who frequently engage in food preparation. Beyond this, our experience at Villa Raima was thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed the facilities at the villa - the garden and pool were fantastic and the villa itself was a good size. Also, not sure if it says it on the overview but the main bedroom has an en suite which was a big plus. And it was only about a 12 minute walk directly down to the front where a host of bars and restaraunts awaited.

Kitchen workspace was a little tight but not a real issue. And although our neighbours were quiet, the adjoining wall to the neighbouring villa is very thin. If you did have noisier neighbours or were a light sleeper it could prove more of an issue.

Quiet, nice pool, private.

15/20 min walk to center But only €4/5 Taxi

The host send us clear instructions how to get the key. We arrive late in the night and had no problems with getting in the house. And we got a bottle of vine to welcome us. :)

Nice pool. Loads of toys in the outside play area for children and spotlessly clean.

It’s like a home from home, everything is provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Lots of towels, throws for sitting out in the evenings and lots of books. It’s very private and not overlooked. This was our second time staying there and we will definitely go again.
