"Good house but very long way from town centre"

The pleasant semi detached property is situated on an urban housing complex on the very fringe of Playa Blanca with good outdoor space and 2 bathrooms which is a bonus. It was very clean and modern with lovely mountain views. There is a supermarket and bus stop for getting into town within a 10 minute walk.

The property was a very long way from the cafes, bars and restaurants in Playa Blanca. An hour to walk so a hire car or using the bus is essential. The upstairs balcony had no table and only 2 bedroom type chairs. The whole property is quite badly overlooked, curtains had to be kept closed if you wanted any sort of privacy, also large doors out onto the upstairs balcony had no curtains at all, so if you got up to the bathroom during the night you could be clearly seen from the property opposite.
