The house has great potential – it’s spacious and comfortable both inside and outside. Convenient location on the outskirts of town, peaceful and quiet, yet only a short drive to the beach. A nice place to relax away from the crowds.

The property needs better maintenance and cleaning – it’s clear that it has been used for several years without proper refreshing or thorough cleaning. The biggest problem was the management company HomeVillas360: the air conditioning in one bedroom was broken and dirty (even with some mold). I reported the issue immediately, technicians came, but it was never repaired during the entire stay. In practice, the room was unusable in the summer heat. The company downplays complaints – they only respond to messages but don’t actually solve the problems, even basic ones (like replacing a light bulb). There’s no real effort to help guests. Even worse, I was asked to pay the tourist tax in cash, although it had already been charged by Booking during the reservation. A refund was promised – but nothing happened. The house itself has potential and a good location, but the low maintenance standard and terrible service from HomeVillas360 completely ruin the stay. The company does not care about guests, doesn’t resolve issues, and even tries to overcharge for things already paid. I do not recommend booking properties managed by HomeVillas360.

Location, interior, terrace and pool, well-equipped kitchen

Drawers, windows in the kitchen could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, the house is very humid, which you realize in drawers smelling and towels not really drying properly. Rooms look as If they have developed some mould in the corners. Generally, it is a very cosy place to be.
