Hosts take extra money on arrival to cover “potential damages” and never give you the money back. The property had mold and the house had no water pressure. Also everyone who does 10 reviews are connecting the host.

The pool and the seating and lounging options were good.

The basement has high humidity and mold and the water in the house is constantly running out. You want to take a shower, soap yourself up and the water runs out. The same thing when you're on the toilet and want to flush your business. The hosts are the very last thing. At the beginning we take a cash deposit of €300 and keep it because they say there was a fine against us from the neighborhood. Although there were no police there and no one informed us that we would be fined. When I tried to clarify the situation with those responsible via WhatsApp, I was insulted in the worst possible way. Son of a bitch faggot and all that. just don't book! these are criminals

The villa had ample space for 14 of us. There are plenty of bathrooms and enough outside space. The pool was lovely and clean, including maintained twice during our stay. The staff greeted us at the villa and gave us a tour and also helped with taxi numbers. The villa is quite dated but is also very clean.

Unfortunately, there weren't enough glasses provided. However, we were accused of breaking 16 crystal glasses, and there weren't even 16 qlasses provided! The electricity tripped out numerous times a day (10 times, plus!), even when we were all just sitting outside (not overusing the power). The whole house would be in pitch black, and we had to use our phone lights to guide us to the cellar and reset the breaker. The annexe was unusable as it didn't have a lock and was only secured by a hook on the outside of the door. Also, there is no outside lighting down from the villa. The key provided did not unlock the main door from the outside, we had to enter and exit through the dingy cellar (games room) door, to make sure the villa was locked and secure while we was out. We gave the 300€ deposit in cash as requested on arrival, which we were told would be returned on departure. When it came to leaving, the cleaners came, and we were told by staff that the villa would be inspected, and then the deposit would be transferred via bank. After having to chase, they told us a bed was broken (which it wasn't), the glasses mentioned above, and there was a police report for a noise complaint. No police visited the property during our stay, and we have had no proof of this report. It looks like we are not getting our deposit back and looking back on it now, it's very dodgy to ask for cash as there is no proof of the transaction. This is fraud as we did none of the things they are accusing us of and looked after the villa perfectly. But looking back on previous reviews doesn't sound like it is the first time they have scammed people out of their deposit. There was also a huge problem with ants. We had to rectify this ourselves. I'm not sure I have ever seen as many ants in my life! The dogs in the property next door barked all day and night, very annoying!

Very friendly hosts! The Villa itself was very spacious and clean. 13 of us stayed in the main Villa quite comfortably, although there is an out house if more beds are needed. Beds were comfortable and the host even dropped up extra blankets to our door for added cosiness. This Villa had all the essentials from endless amounts of cutlery to washing machines and dryers. you wouldn’t need to leave the villa once you had food in the fridge.

The Villa is out in the middle of nowhere. It’s only a 10 minute drive from the local town but there’s not even a shop near by. The only fault I have with the Villa is there was no taxi/transfers information lying around for us. The host is always only a text away and very responsive if you do get stuck for transport though! We ended up using a company call Royal Private Transfers S.L would highly recommend them for transportation around Mallorca!

The Villa is not bad

It feels like we have been scammed. The owner has fined us for nuisance for €1500 and has not refunded our deposit of €300. We have not received any proof for the allegations, while we have shown that we have not been in the Villa the entire evening and night. They say that the police came to the Villa after a report of nuisance, but we hadn't been there for hours. We have not seen any police. If we are not at the Villa if the police arrives, how is it possible for the police to fine us? No matter how much proof we provide that we have not been at the Villa, and not caused any nuisance, we will not get anything back from the deposit. We are still waiting for the first proof that we have caused a nuisance. This is all very unfortunate. I would not recommend this place at all.
