Villa Olga

Raquel was amazing so helpful. we had a few issues when we checked in with regards to no air con. She got a fan to us with an hour nothing was too much to ask for. we were able to check in early the villa was very clean inside and outside and had everything we needed inside

There wasn’t any outside soft furnishings. Some comfortable chairs or sofa would’ve been welcome. Also a lack of parasol for shade being in a residential area there was a problem with dogs barking at night that kept us awake

The property was well-equipped for our stay. We used the pool every day and enjoyed having our own villa space to relax after exploring Lanzarote. The beds were comfortable and the villa was clean when we arrived. Our host Raquel greeted us on our second day and was very helpful. The villa is in a good location - within walking distance of the Marina area which had plenty of good restaurants. The main area of Playa Blanca was a short drive away and again full of lots of lovely restaurants. There is also a supermarket right near the villa.

Although the villa is located in a good area it is part residential which means residents who have dogs. Across the road from the villa is a property with two large German Shepherd dogs who bark every time someone walks past. They barked pretty much all day and all night. We had to close all the windows and doors each night to muffle the noise and buy earplugs to sleep! We did bring this to our host Raquel's attention and she did try to speak to the owners of the dogs but unfortunately, they continued to bark for the duration of our stay.

Perfect location, very close to supermarket and walking distance to beaches.

The property was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and you could get Netflix if you felt like relaxing ! Raquel was very pleasant we were met on arrival and she came to see us off. The location was 2 min walk from supermarket and 4/5 mins to seafront. Lots of restaurants within 10 mins walk.

The location is perfect - just a short walk to a beautiful Marina with lots of stunning restaurants. Walk a further 25 minutes and you will be at the beach. The rooms are a great size and bathrooms very spacious too. This was our first time self catering and there is a supermarket on the corner that has everything you will need. The swimming pool is great fun too and the street is very homely and safe. The owner is very welcoming and hospitality is great with lots of extras we weren’t expecting!

We would have liked better housekeeping as one clean for a family of five in two weeks is not a standard we are used to. You can however pay for additional housekeeping but we think for the price, extra cleaning and sheet changing should have been included.
