The property was great all you could wish for. Beautifully looked after, lovely clean pool, large outside space , bbq area, shaded patio with plenty of seats, like home from home

Maybe some cushions for the sun beds

The outside area was amazing, and the pictures don't do it justice. There is also a solarium that is not articulated or shown in pictures

The outside furniture could have been of better quality to improve enjoyment of the amazing outside space.

Pool had not been cleaned on arrival, however this was resolved the following morning.

Excellent modern villa with exceptional outside facilities including superb pool, dining and relaxation areas. Good modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Also option for paid air con.

nothing to spoil the holiday. possibly more baking trays and smaller dishes to cook food.

The villa was perfection. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The outside space was stunning. Again, really spacious and beautiful. We enjoyed walking to the beach and running to the volcano Roja. You can just as easily book a taxi if want to walk less. Highly recommend Casa Mercedes. Thank you, we’ll be back!

Everything was wonderful

Beautiful villa in stunning location with excellent pool and bbq facilities. Fast WiFi and smart tv with Netflix. Clean on arrival. Very well equipped kitchen facilities for cooking. Responsive host. Felt very secure and safe in the villa. Would highly recommend this villa!

Quite a walk from the main town, about 30 minutes.

The villa is modern and has lots of space. The outdoor areas are great with a pool and BBQ. There are good sitting areas outdoors and the area is quiet and the garden is secluded.

Great property, with everything you need for your stay

This is the second time that we have stayed at Casa Mercedes, and we will definitely be returning for a third time too! This is an exceptional property, that is spotlessly clean throughout. It has massive outdoor space to the front, side, and rear of the property, and it is totally private throughout as it is surrounded by high (very beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing) walls, so it is not overlooked in any way. The pool area is stunningly beautiful and completely private, with HUGE amounts of outdoor space, and a magnificent BBQ area. This property has one en-suite master (double) bedroom; and a second bedroom (two single beds) with its own separate (NOT en-suite) bathroom. Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes. The property has air-conditioning in every room. Walled, gated, and totally secure off-road parking for even the largest vehicle possible. The property also has a small roof-top solarium (we only ever used that for the stunning views, and also for star-gazing at night, with a nice bottle of wine!) I could rave about this beautiful property all day long; but the fact that this was our second time here, and the fact that we will definitely be returning to it again in the future, should tell you all you need to know!

If there was one very, very slight criticism of the property, it would be it's location, as it is quite a distance away from the centre of Playa Blanca (about a 30-35 minute walk). We solved this problem by walking into Playa Blanca at night, and then we would always get a taxi back (costs LESS than 5 Euros from the main taxi rank in the centre of Playa Blanca. Ask the taxi driver to take you back to Calle Lomo Blanco).
