Villa Isla De Lobos

The location was excellent, located in a quiet and secluded area yet only ten minute stroll to the sea.

Unfortunately on arrival the private pool was not clean, it contained beer bottle tops and other forms of dirt etc which stopped us from using the pool. We stayed for four nights and were unable to use the pool until it was "cleaned" on day three of our stay. In my opinion, the pool and outdoor areas should have been cleaned properly before we arrived. Several of the outdoor shutters on the windows have seen better days and could do with being replaced, along with the cracked glass bricks on the stairwell.

we chose this villa mainly because in the photos we could see it had bidets and a barbecue. When we arrived only one bathroom had the bidet and there was no barbecue.

The villa was ideally located, quiet and private. Swimming pool was perfect. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning system was perfect. Phone number for all possible contact was left for easy access. When needed customer service staff were friendly courteous polite and extremely helpful.

The dishwasher wasn't functioning properly - there was no markings for temperature or programs. Also door didn't close properly and water leaked. The front door to the villa did not open with the key. Even after management had come and oiled it, it jammed again. We had to leave the side door unlocked.
