Villa Julianne 2

Villa was clean, beds were comfortable it had everything we needed, lidl a 2 minute walk.

The pool was dirty and didn’t have a proper net to clean it with.

Location was excellent, the villa was super clean and had everything needed for a great holiday. Lidl is a few minutes walk away, as is the Biosphera and easy access to both old and new towns. Would definitely stay again.

We had an air conditioning problem and had no AC for two days in one of the bedrooms, but it was fixed asap. Would have liked to be able to leave luggage as we arrived very early and were flying out very late.

It was in a decent location close to a Lidl and not far from the old town and the Biosfera shopping centre. The pool although smaller than we are used to was warm constantly and privacy was good.

When we arrived several electrical sockets were broken and we were struggling to charge medical devices. When I contacted Agni they sent the cleaner round who could speak English as well as I can speak Spanish. She gave me an extension cable and said will come Lundi. Someone came Wednesday 5 days after reporting the issues. The pool table was an absolute state with numerous rips all over the cloth and was a waste of time to the point we spent extra money elsewhere to play pool. The point of booking somewhere with a pool table was to entertain everyone and avoid spending extra money and spending much time away from the Villa. Additionally the front door was a pain to open at times as it’s warped and the patio door getting stuck as it’s also badly warped were really annoying. Numerous floor tiles broken outside and repairs needed to avoid someone slicing their foot open. It’s not worth the money and I wouldn’t go back, which is a shame as it could be a really nice villa if it was properly managed and maintained.

Just back from a week's stay here. We really enjoyed our stay. Ideal location. The walk to the villa is not too steep compared to other parts of the resort. 10 minutes walk to the old town and new town. Lidl a short walk up the road. Staff were exceptional. 2 small hiccups and the staff were at the door within 5 minutes. Great privacy with the pool around the corner of the villa. We'd book it again.

The outside table could do with being replaced. The upstairs bed was a bit squeaky.

Location, spacious.

The fact that the property is self catering is fine. However, upon arrival there were no basic cleaning products such as washing up liquid or even bin bags for waste. The property is aged, television did not seem to work, and it’s a shame as it has potential to be good. Not bad value for the money paid, though I have stayed In much nicer and modern properties on the island for around the same price.

Quiet location Clean villa Fab pool

No welcome pack or at the very least water and no supplies in kitchen. 1 rubbish bag. We had to buy washing up liquid, sponges and toilet rolls as there were very limited supplies. The outside lights didn’t all work, but we couldn’t be sure as it wasn’t clear what light switch operated them (no instructions) the WiFi was very hit and miss. No cleaners appeared despite the notice in the villa saying for a 10 day stay that they would clean once. The address is incorrect on Booking.com. It’s no 37 and called Las Villas De Julia (see the photo)

Excellent location

No Wi-Fi Beds were uncomfortable. Very good position.
