Lovely clean villa, a few minutes stroll to bars and restaurants. Beautiful garden area and terrace with 4 sun beds to relax and soak up the sun. Excellent supply of kitchen goods and gadgets. Our host, Jorge, was always available to answer any questions, he even arranged a taxi for our return journey to the airport.

The villa was spacious, clean, well equipped, and of a high standard. The three different terrace areas were on a level that gave great views of Matagorda and the mountains. The beds were very comfortable, and having the shutters and air conditioning ensured a peaceful nights sleep. There was minimal disruption from the road as you were shielded by frost glass that surrounds the grassed sunbathing area. Plenty of places to get out of the sun and still enjoy the views.

Great location and great property. Inside the property the living area and kitchen area was open, which worked well. Very well equipped. Air conditioning in the main living area was very good, although the air conditioning in the double bedroom wasn’t as cool. Outside area is very spacious with garden furniture including sun loungers and a drying rack. Too lovely trees in the garden area which were great for some shade.

Todo, muy cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario. Muy bien ubicado, zona tranquila y a un paso de la playa. Jorge muy amable y disponible siempre que se le necesita.

We loved the outside space and how quiet it was during the day and also at night. The villa is only 100 yards from the promenade in Matagorda where you can find shops and restaurants only a short walk away ' and it's only ten minuets from the airport in a taxi. The villa is in excellent condition and everything you need for self catering holiday was supplied . The communication with Jorge the host was excellent and he even organised a taxi for us on our departure ' We have been to Lanzarote a few times and this is the best accommodation we have stayed in .

Coming home ' we should have stayed for longer.

A very lovely apartment, 5 mins walk to the beach … Host was very responsive , thank you gorge.

Would advise not suitable for disabled or very elderly with limited mobility as several steps upto the apartment .

Comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning. Well stocked kitchen with lots of appliances. Handy washing machine. Lovely garden area with plenty of sun loungers, umbrella and seats. Supermarket across the road and within 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Could have done with cushions for the sun loungers.

First experience of using a villa, excellent experience and will definitely do it again.

Everything was excellent. No complaints.
