Ottima posizione; bel giardino e ben tenuto; casa bella e comoda; diponibilità, anche di domenica, di una riparazione al condizionatore e per ogni piccola esigenza. Siamo stati bene!

Small repairs and enhancements can be done

Amazing house just as shown in the pictures. Very comfortable, very well equipped. We stayed in April and could not make full use of the lovely garden. Just a few metres from the (rocky) sea. The area is residential and requires having a car.

Just a tiny little comment on the shower of the second bathroom which is very small and a little uncomfortable to use but it is a minor thing. All the rest was really great.

Beautiful villa with plenty of space with lovely terraces, BBQ area, mature, green garden and charm. Very well suited for a large family or to share between friends or two families. Very well equipped kitchen with spices, salt, oil, vinegar etc, towels and sheets are provided. Lovely and responsive host. Close to a rocky beach, which is nice for walking and climbing around. Would definitely come back!

Some furniture/appliances are a little tired and would benefit from some maintenance, but everything still worked fine.

limited hot water for high number of people but it would be a problem if there is very cold which is unlikely these days in Sicily 😅

It is a super original house, creatively done and very close to the sea. Heavenly garden, really taken care of, it’s a pleasure eating outside even in November.

I didn’t give it a 10, because many things are starting to feel a bit dated (bathrooms for instance), it could use some investement.
