The property was clean when we arrived and the ac are turned on. The rooms are huge especially the masters bedroom on the first floor and on the 2nd floor. Although the pillows are quite stiff and too high for me, the linens, duvet and mattress were comfortable to sleep in. The fridge was perfectly working as well as the cooking stove and its ventilation. The beachfront of the property is well maintained and clean (except when some neighboring villas leave their plastic bottles by the shore). The owner is also very responsive and polite with my inquiries before arriving in the property.

The oven wasn’t working although I mentioned it with the caretaker but he did not come to check or fix it. 3 of the bathrooms overflows as the water in the shower and sink does not drain properly and the water is yellow (1st floor masters bedroom with queen bed). You have to bring your own tissues, towels, kitchen utensils, kitchenware, sponge and soap, and dinnerware as well as towels to dry your feet before stepping into the villa. If you wish to do bbq, bring your own griller and charcoal. The beachfront is shared and could be annoying depending on your neighboring villas if they are loud with their music. Also, the caretaker was sending me messages saying that I have not paid whereas I already have through booking.com

The stay duration felt inadequate, with check-in at 4 PM and check-out the next day at 12 PM, which doesn’t even amount to a full day. Additionally, there was no internet access, the furniture was in poor condition, and the appliances were outdated and not functioning well.

Location was good with beach front.

Facilities are very poor for the price. There is no cutlery (no single glass, plate or even spoon). Towels were given upon request. Ground floor hot water doesn't come. TV doesn't work (he tried to fix but went down again). Host did communicate only until making the contact after that "no response" for any message. Out of 4 rooms 3 rooms was good as described, one was very small with single bed only. Overall I would suggest to look for nearby properties as there are so many around.
