Excellent location, family friendly,

No kitchen silverware or tableware, no toilet paper soap….

Location and pet access. Nice beach. WiFi router was given on arrival and worked well with ZAIN. STC/Mobily had 4G connection speeds. Some restaurants will deliver or you can drive down to Marina area. Would definitely go again. Beautiful sunsets.

Nothing major, but some areas need to be renovated and updated.

The Villa itself huge, three floors, with 5 bedrooms, huge living room and kitchen facility. in term of size, its perfect for big families, group of friends. swimming pool was decent in size. The 2 master bedrooms (second and third flor) have huge balcony and amazing view. Elevator was an added value especially for elderly.

Unfortunately, the Property offers NOTHING. No tissues, no garbage/plastic bags, no kitchen tools at all, no soaps, no sponges, no towels. It's PLAIN. you have to bring everything with you. When we asked the management, they said sorry we are not offering any services anymore !! Beach area was nice but small and lack of privacy as all the villas shares the same beach.
