The room under repair and have paint smell that toxic for children.

Facilities absolutely old.its not luxury.staff absolutely amazıng.they take care of us perfectly.AToZ manager come and asked ıf everything ok and they want to let us luxury staycation.BUT VILLA IS OLD EVERYTHINGS.my 15 days holıdays ı stay 2 days and leave.manager and staff ıam So thankful to u hope to see u soon agaın another place ın thaıland where u seriously belongs to u.facilities old.

Good location , clean and nice staff 1. Location is close to multiple places and easy for beach access 2. Space is big and clean 3. Grate service mind from staff 4. Fast service (Almost immediately respond on the service requests) 5. Amenity is ready

Quick responses from the owner trying to fix complaints, quick access to the beach, large pool and nice floaties, nice welcoming, friendly staff

Noisy neighbors, water stopped working, TV remote stopped working, lizards and their poop everywhere, Employees entering the house without ringing, a lot of ants in the kitchen, some lights didnt work but there were enough other lights, front door didnt work sometimes, when its raining water came into the living room, the "electric" gate has to be operated manually, cleanliness of shower could be improved, generally the villa is pretty worn down and could be renovated

It’s a beautiful pool villa. Master bedroom was huge. A very good choice for friends and family.

I think it’s getting old. Some of the doors could not be locked. A lot of dust on the floor. You can feel it just by walking around the house.

It was perfect . The staff were really hospitable. Our host NEUNG was caring us and helping during our stay so well. Really good place to enjoy with your family. Good facility good environment good atmosphere. Definitely come again

If they split the bathroom in ground floor to 2 bathroom. It will be better

Only the pool

The place is full of lizards and they are everywhere in the villa. If you are afraid of lizards, I do not completely recommend staying in this villa, otherwise your stay will be terrifying.

-The overall space is well designed. -Rooms were spacious -Beds were comfortable with clean sheets and pillows -Air conditioning worked well. -Pool is well maintained

The water pressure in the bathroom on the 2nd floor was very poor; hardly any hot water in the shower and bath tub. Seems as though the water pump isn’t powerful enough. Needs improving. Bathroom lights are too dim. The room was too dark.
