LUXURY 3 BED, 2 BATH DETACHED VILLA, PRIME LOCATION, ONLY 400 MTRS TO THE BEACH

There was a delay as I missed added instructions passed via Booking.com Original instructions came from the owner direct but were never received. As no acknowledgement from us was made to the direct email and over five weeks passed it might have been assumed we had not received these and further action should have been made via Booking.com Once into the property this was very acceptable and furnished to a good standard by the local manager I understand.

It is clear the owner does not like paying the commission to Booking.com for providing the booking. Direct contact being made for future bookings and suggested discounted pricing is fine but the insistence of a security deposit is somewhat worrying given that this is to be paid to the owner direct and not into a escrow account held by an agency. One would also ask if the owner is licensed to receive these monies under FSA trading rules? (Required in the UK) Having two property limited companies does also flash up warning bells. It is worth noting that this development is not yet finished. The good news for this is that there is no problem with parking, For Now ! The other side of the road looks like a building site and the utilities are ready for development soon. Once this starts you are going to have a building site right outside you front door with all the noise and mess that attracts. Do your research and check how advanced this is before booking as the location of this development will make this a nightmare holiday.

Fabulous location, excellent facilities. A beautifully maintained villa. We will definitely return. The communication of the owners is also really good, a great experience would highly recommend.

A lovely comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean villa. In a great location easy walkable to the beach, restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return if holidaying in the area again.

Property is fresh, clean and a good size over its two stories. The roof terrace is a great space to spend time with comfortable seating and a couple of sun beds. The property is well equipped and so close to shops and restaurants. There is a Dia 4 minutes walk away and the main Los Alcazares Plaza is a 10 minute walk. The beach is only a short walk too. The Mar Menor water is also warmer than the med and thanks to its natural bay like nature the water is calm and great for young kids. The pool was very cold in April but would have been just the right size for us. The property is NW facing so the front did get more sun in the afternoon. There is friendly support in terms of keys/ questions from Susanne while you are in the villa too.

Only facet I didn’t like was the layout of the top landing where it is cut into accommodates the turn to the stairs. Just something to watch when moving around in the dark.

Villa was fantastic and fully equipped for a family stay. The layout was great and a generous size. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were super comfy. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Roof terrace was amazing for catching the morning sun and the additional bbq up there is a great idea. Great location to walk to the main shops and restaurants and also to the beach and old town. Susanne, who looks after the property, met us to go through everything and was really helpful. Pool would be a godsend in the high summer heat but we didn’t get to use it as the weather wasn’t in our favour while in Los Alcazares.

Can’t fault the property as it provides everything you need for a family holiday.

It was very clean and nice, the owner very helpful when we had an issue with the hot water.

We stayed there in the winter, if the pool would be heated that would be great.

Beautiful villa. Catered for everything we needed. Bonus having the downstairs bedroom& bathroom. Great if someone in your party has mobility issues. Short walk to the strip where all the bars, shops& restaurants were located. Lovely beach about 10min walk.

What a fabulous gorgeous space ideally located 10 minutes from the main square and 10 minutes walk to the beach with its lovely cafes and view points. The sun terrace is fabulous, especially on an evening and the plunge pool is a god send in the heat. A fabulous space over 3 levels 💥🤩😎
