The house was clean

The estate the house is in might have 24/7 security, but the house certainly did not as there were 2 times where we had unexpected visitors, as well as a live in domestic that you only find out about when there. The house also needs serious maintenance, and there is an open plumbing pipe in the main bathroom where one can get seriously injured. You can also not run the 2 aircons while the geyser is on, which you do not get warned about until you have to get the Estate out to come and switch the power back on. Thus having aircons in every room doesnt help much if they can't be switched on. We checked out early due to the security risk, and was only informed 4 days later that the unknown car full of people in the driveway was guests of the domestic. We also requested a business invoice at the time of booking, checkout, as well as a week later, and we are still waiting. Rassie is always full of excuses and will most likely respond to this review with some excuse, but the main thing for us was security, which this property definitely did not deliver on. We are also still waiting for our deposit to be refunded with no communication from the property. STAY AWAY

Due to load shedding the availability of gas would have been great

We were a group at eight ppl. Checked in 2 Dec and checked out 4 Dec... The place was fantastic.. The cleanliness... The friendly security by the gate... Everyone from the group was excited and wish we could extend our stay.... The furniture inside... The bathroom.... Everything was on point......... Each and every bedroom has air-condition and shower or bath no sharing....
