Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Kiri was very good. Helpful even if she wasn’t on site.

Aircon in our room went off due to fuse popping a few times each day. We were able to reset but it might require an electrician to sort it out permanently.

The host was so friendly and nice! Breakfast was included during our stay and it was delicious! The house and the pool are so beautiful! I accidentally left my swimwear at the place when I checked out and the host was happy to send it to the boat office. She was so kind

the room smells a bit damp

Amazing location, wonderful host and fabulous location. The services were wonderful and could only recommend Kiri, she’s made sure we’re able to do anything we needed. Certain to come back soon! 🙏

Construction site nearby was a bit disruptive.

The actual villa grounds were super - so clean and pool etc was always clean and amazing. So many seating areas to pick from. The team - Kiri and co were lovely and so hospitable we enjoyed breakfast every morning cooked by them :) one of the best views of our Bali tours. Got to explore a more rustic side of Indonesia which was great!

The construction to both sides and front and back was very loud at times and went on for most of the day 8am-5/5:30pm which was a shame as we did pick the villa for peace but it was interrupted alot from the noise. I have ADHD so found the noise annoying when trying to relax or read. Constant banging/drilling/sawing which we understand isnt the fault of the owner but was a shame and also meant we couldnt lay in. Would have been nice to have had a sweetener for the noise. I also expected the hill not to be quite so steep as it wasnt possible to walk up at night - but this a minor point and only an issue with people with mobility issues etc. fairly easy to get a cab and if not Kiri will help :)

Jacques Maudy - the person who is in charge of this group is one of the most unprofessional, argumentative, and generally horrible people I have dealt with through any kind of hospitality communication. He should not be in charge of such a lovely location as he is a serious discredit to the team. Everyone was exceptionally lovely except Jacques - he is vile.
