Villa La Zenia Boulevard 36

The property is well located, 10 mins from beach and 10 mins from La Zenia Boulevard. House was very clean, one or two small issues that caretaker dealt with straight away. Would happily book the same house again if returning.

Ideally located for us. We were attending a wedding in the area and it suited us perfectly. We arrived late on the Sunday night and had to depart early Friday morning and we were accommodated by Mr Jose.

Pool was clean and good location

The villa needs a good clean,we left it cleaner than we found it , and fresh paint inside and out , mattress were cheap and uncomfortable some bed sheets were frayed , also 4 days before we went he mentioned we might meed to pay more for electricity, at over £1000 a week I think the electricity was well and truly paid

Good house in decent location. Shops, restaurants & bars within 10 - 20 minute walk. Private pool a few steps from the front door an absolute life saver in 30+ degree heat. All amenities you would expect from this type of accommodation. TV (all major UK channels), Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, washing machine and aircon in every room. Well equipped kitchen if you're eating in. Bright modern interior, all in all a nice place for a relaxing stay.

A little attention to detail needed in some areas perhaps and obviously it's subjective. The house had been cleaned but we found hair in the showers and the kitchen surfaces were a little greasy. The dishcloth that was left for us was dirty and used. Check in/out could be made simpler and more efficient by the addition of a key safe next to the front gate, this would avoid having to wait for someone to hand over keys in blistering heat. No welcome pack on arrival (none offered or expected to be fair) but nearly all properties of this type provide at least the basics now, tea, coffee etc. Even a bottle of water helps after a long journey but sadly the larder was bare. Only 3 sunbeds which would impact on a larger group of travellers. Just a note on the resort itself, although it has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to keep you occupied for a week, La Zenia is an urbanization and lacks a bit of personality and charm. There's no 'old town' to explore for example just blocks and blocks of holiday lets.
