There are three mandatory rules in the house guests should abide by: 1) in accordance with the local laws, guests must recycle the waste and separate paper, glass, plastic and food waste. Specific bins and bags are provided. Waste not recycled properly is not collected by the waste company. 2) Do no throw toilet paper or anything else in the toilet as it can damage the sewage drain and cause significant damage. 3) as the house is surrounded by vegetation, due attention/vigilance should be given when using the external barbecue. Please ensure these rules are visible to guest interested in booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
