couldn’t recommend this villa enough! It is exactly like the photos, the views are breathtaking and the facilities are great! We made full use of all of the outside spaces, pool, hot tub and table tennis table! With 6 adults (3 couples) it was the perfect space for us to all enjoy our own space and time together! Coral bay is a 10 euro taxi from the villa and If you need some local places to eat we really enjoyed Phil’s! All in all could not fault this villa we are already talking about staying again next year!

Not a negative as we hired cars but things are not in walking distance so would recommend hiring cars! Local taxis are cheap though it was around 10 euro to get to coral bay

Fantastic ultra modern villa with a lovely infinity pool and amazing sea views from the bedrooms and balconies. The villa is in a nice gated community setting of 5/6 villa with key fob access. Hire car is a must for this villa.

If being totally honest the improvements that could made would be an housekeeping option every other day to help control the little biting ants that seem to be everywhere inside and out. Also the external tiling around the pool can be extremely slippery when wet otherwise everything else was amazing.

Villa is stunning and very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and we all enjoyed being there especially the hot tub. We couldn't use the pool as it was too cold.

would have liked to have fresh bedding as we stayed 14 nights and the bedding and bath towels get a bit dirty

Villa was stunning inside and out!

It would be ideal to have some basics in the kitchen like salt & pepper, some cleaning sprays, binbags and some bug sprays. Perhaps a handbook on local shops, best walking routes etc too.

The villa was wonderful - just as all the photos had suggested. The whole villa was very stylish & modern, the bedrooms good sizes and very comfortable with good aircon. The views were wonderful from the villa pool area & room balconies with good privacy from the other villas. The pool was the perfect size & temperature and the hot tub next to it was a major bonus and lovely luxury for the evenings. I especially liked the bluetooth speakers in the living area which could be connected to for music while sunbathing or enjoying an evening drink by the pool. The villa had parking space for one car on the driveway and it was good to be inside the small gated community. The villa is just a short 5 mins drive from the main Coral Bay resort area and only 3 mins from a major supermarket. Michalis the owner was there to meet us on arrival, give us the tour and was available over Whats App to answer any queries/requests I had.

I would have liked to have had some basic kitchen cleaning items such as a sponge or cloth, washing up liquid, cleaning spray etc which we had to buy & leave so hopefully they will be available for the next person. There were however clothes & dishwashing tablets provided (thanks!)
